Director Of Golf ~ Brandon Bowling
Over the past 38 years I have played junior golf as a member of the Northern Nevada Junior Golf Association, high school golf for Loyalton High School, college golf for California State University Stanislaus, and professional golf. I have also spent 33 of those 38 years as a Plumas Pines Golf Resort employee, 24 years as the Head Professional.
At age 49 I have been very active in teaching because I greatly enjoy helping others improve their game. I balance my instructional time between individual and group lessons, clinics and schools. Over the past 29 years I have expanded from the traditional individual lesson to junior golf clinics, men’s and ladies’ club clinics, and golf academies with over 150 students.
Golf has awarded me with the opportunity to meet many interesting people, play many amazing golf courses, cherish many great memories, and, most of all, have a lot of fun. I hope my commitment to the people, the game, and the business of golf will help to instill positive influences upon all those I meet.

About Jason Owens
Jason Owens originated from Nashville, Tennessee, where he cultivated his foundational knowledge in the food and beverage sector. Expanding his reach, Owens transitioned to the East Coast to take on the bustling Boston restaurant scene. His success in launching and managing various dining establishments such as Local 149, Biltmore Bar & Grill, M3 in Boston garnered him recognition and laid the groundwork for his influence in the industry.
Moving back to Nashville, Tennessee, Jason managed Acme Feed & Seed on lower Broadway. His ability to orchestrate operations on a grand scale while maintaining exceptional quality and guest satisfaction has been a testament to his dedication and expertise.
